Everything was on the top level. The location is perfect and the staff were very helpful! Will definitely come back. The only wish I would add is to have fresh vegetables for breakfast (like tomatoes/cucumbers).

All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. Very accommodating hosts in a beautiful location midway between Interlaken and Lucern. Absolutely stunning views. Rooms were spacious and very clean. One room was beautifully remodeled, the other two were older but still very nice. The historic guesthouse is family owned and run and the love this family has for their guests is very evident. We had a travel delay that kept us from arriving while the restaurant was still serving dinner, but the hosts offered to make us cold sandwiches to have when we arrived. When we arrived, they had the sandwiches ready and offered a few other options (salad, appetizers), which was greatly appreciated!

The centre of the village is reachable within a pleasant 15-minute walk and in winter the ski bus brings you to the train and cable car station for free. The bus station is reachable on foot in 4 minutes. In winter, please take bus stop Heimat, in summer please take bus stop Brunni. Those bus stops also are the correct ones coming from the train station. Nice, cozy, quiet little place. Could tell the staff was concerned about our well-being.
