Situato a Las Trancas, a 12 km da Nevados de Chillán, Duub Hostel prevede una piscina all’aperto stagionale, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una sala comune. By far the best facilities of all the hostels I've stayed at in South America, the photos don't do this place justice! It's a small thing, but when you have a powerful hot shower in a clean bathroom and a great music playing in the showers' speakers, you know you're in a good place. The owner was extremely accommodating and I was even able to work on my laptop next to the pool. This is also the first place I've been where I've been able to run on the trails straight from the hostel. No bus or taxi needed!

'Micro-hostal' with only 5 or 6 rooms (? ) with very nice host in a perfect location: Great for visiting Chillán or just as a Stopover between Santiago and the south: Close to train and bus station. Nice kitchen and común area with smart TV, nice room, artistic vibes... Host takes time to give individual recommendations (in my case cool vegetarian café!) Will stay here fore sure again! :-)
