The owner made me feel very welcome and treated me like family. The sumptuous breakfast provided each morning sustained me throughout the day and helped me hike up to the hilltop of Moganshan. On my last night of stay, I was invited to join the family for dinner and we ate the vegetables freshly picked from their allotment. As a solo traveller, I'm most grateful for their company in the evenings. I will definitely return for a longer stay.

The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.

Located in Hefang Pedestrian Street, the centre of Song Dynasty, Ho Fang International Youth Hostel is a traditional Chinese restored building with grey stone walls and black tiles of rooftop. The guys in reception is so nice & helpful.

On rainy day they borrowed umbrella. When I forgot my adapter at home country they found an adapter. The manager (I think) speaks very well English and comminicative. Comfortable stay. Thanks to them my meeting here was quite successful.
