I had an absolutely fantastic stay at KAZA, which is obviously run with love and dedication towards making the guests enjoy their stay to the maximum. Every detail has been thought of. It is very clean, serves excellent food, and the owners/managers made me feel like home. What I think describes best their dedication is that when I left, they told me I could always call them if I need help in other cities I'm visiting. This is truly exceptional service and kindness! To top it all, I also became friends with the house dog Zoe and chicken Terca. I wish to return here one day!

Gustavo and Sandra were so welcoming and helpful. We flew in late and they were super accomodating. They checked in often and were always ready to help :) Netflix and air conditioning made the stay very comfortable.

Everything is very nice, the apartment is easy to reach and well located in a quiet area near the beach, perfect for those who want to practice kitesurfing. For those who want to have kitesurfing lessons there are various options. Alberto, the owner can help you with everything, including transportation. I recommend it.

The location felt safe and the house was clean. There was AC and a fan. Got a towel free of charge and got tips on how to get to my next destination. The couple is super nice and definitely recommended the hostal for a good night sleep.

First of all - I will give this place a ten although it’s far away from it, but… The place is located in the sketchy neighborhood and we weren’t really feeling safe to leave the place at night. Rooms look like they are advertised and are clean. The absolute highlight of the place is the lady who owns it - she is a soul! She was very helpful, kind and gave us all the information she needed. She also made us feel like home. Since we visited city for the carnival she allowed us to store the baggage there after check out too. Overall, I wouldn’t pay the amount of money for this accommodation under any other circumstances but these including the festival and increase of prices in that area in general. Like I said - you would be feeling more than welcome and safe inside of the property, but not outside of it. Thanks again to the lovely lady, she made our stay there worth of it!
