El Mono and his wife are real super hosts. Great deal! the place is just as it appears on the app. Very responsive people and kind hosts. The place is gorgeous, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the ocean view is simply amazing. Worth to be there!

Located in Playa Blanca, a few steps from Playa Blanca, SUNSET BEACH offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a bar. Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

Situated in Playa Blanca in the Baru Island region, The Wizard & Bar BARU has a balcony and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Amazing hostel just at the beach. Very confortable and perfect to live the island experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. You can do the tours with them with less people and cheaper. Food and drinks at the bar are really tasty and big quantity. Totally recommended.

Featuring a terrace, a restaurant and a bar, Casa MAGGY BARU BEACH is located in Playa Blanca and is a few steps from Playa Blanca. My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Maggy Beach. It is just like on the pictures. A simple accommodation but everything that is needed in the hot climate: a fan over the bed, fresh water to rinse off after a dip in the ocean, a gorgeous view, and a lovely, caring staff that will make sure you have anything you want when you want it (shoutout to Wendy). A must-visit if you're near the coast!

Set in Baru, a few steps from Playa Blanca, posada chikiluky LYC offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a private beach area. Luis was very helpful with our 2 night stay. We really enjoyed our time at posada chikiluky and would definitely stay there again!

Facing the seafront in Playa Blanca, Mi Cabañita Guest House has a garden and a terrace. The property features sea and garden views, and is a few steps from Playa Blanca. This place was a real treat for me: the house is quite small, completely made on wood and hanging over the blue water, and just very cosy to be inside of. The hosts, Dianis and Macarena, are absolutely lovely :) For people to know, the WC facilities are quite basic (which totally didn't bother me): flushing is made with a water bucket and there's one shower without warm water (which is generally not needed under the caribbean heat). The breakfast is delicious, with a fair portion and quite diversed.

Hostal El Nido del Azulejo is set in Baru. A public bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Very nice and interesting village. We had an amazing time on the tours with the senior of the hostel. The atmosphere at the hostel was always open and friendly. We’d stay there again.

Raw KokoMar PosadaNativa is a recently renovated guest house in Baru, near Playa Blanca. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a bar. The property wasn’t the greatest.
