Casa del Sol provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Tamarindo, 100 metres from Tamarindo Beach. Everything about this place was perfect. The place itself is a few minutes walk from nightlife but far enough for the peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and excited to help. Out of my 7 day stay in Costa Rica, this was the most relaxing.

Guesthouse Casa Avi Fauna is located in Ocotal and features a pool with a view and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. This was a wonderful place to enjoy quiet surroundings, and to settle in! We felt cozy and comfortable in our room. The pool, the gardens, the area, were all suited for tranquility. Also appreciated the well equipped shared kitchen. The owner was great! The beach and town were a short drive away.

40 km from Parque Nacional Santa Rosa, Amazilia Guesthouse is a recently renovated property located in Liberia and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We loved our short time at Amazilia and would have stayed longer if we could. Location is perfect for Leona waterfall, tubing, Las Coyotes and Rincon de la Vieja. Also, the breakfast was very good and the room clean and spacious. Finally, Mario was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended !

Located in Matapalo in the Guanacaste region, POSADA MIRADIA provides accommodation with free private parking. The property was clean, well kept and beautiful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided was amazing and one of the best I had in Costa Rica. The property was quiet and peaceful, and the owner makes the best pasta and Italian food. If you stay here you must eat here. Close to playa Conchal and a short drive to playa flamingo.

Casa Mapache is situated in Tamarindo and features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. The property has pool and garden views. Location is a nice and quite enough to enjoy the room and ambiance...there's a very nice vibe of energy I picked up on.

Little Hawaii Avellanas in Playa Avellana provides adults-only accommodation with water sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This is the best place to stay in Avellanas. Amazing service, great facilities and right at the beach. Jose was an amazing host!

Set in Tamarindo, within 1.7 km of Tamarindo Beach, Suite Paraiso Azul offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful oasis by the pool. Hosts were excellent and went above and beyond when we ran into some medical issues.

Located in Nosara, Guanacaste region, Casa Rosada Nosara is situated 700 metres from Guiones Beach. This 3-star guest house offers bicycle parking and a shared lounge. Location is excellent. Very short walk to the beach and surf. Clean room. It had everything you need. Comfortable beds, strong AC, kitchen with everything you need to cook. Property felt safe and secured. Pool was also nice for a dip to cool off with outside shower. And to top it all off, Henri is a wonderfully gracious kind accommodating host. And also extremely funny! If you want awesome vibes and be close to beach with all the amenities definitely stay here.

Villas VR Beachwalk Avellanas features pool views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Playa Avellana. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool.... We had the two bedroom villa with the terrace in between (villa 1). We loved having the two separate areas. One bedroom had the two twin beds, tv and kitchen and the second areas was the queen bed and bathroom. The shower is outside and I was a little wary about that but it was fine…very private. The pool is glorious and very clean. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We are just learning Spanish so we did need our handy translator to communicate 😊

It was very clean and super-friendly staff. Room was y the most comfortable. We still we happy with the place. We would come back.
