Middle of the rainforest sits their cute little wood cabin. There is not glass only mesh windows which is nice but a bit loud in the night with animals and rain. The washroom is clean with warm water shower that requires a bit of tinkering to get. Wendy and her family was so nice to us even though we only stayed a day. The location is near the Tirimbina reserve so we stayed here for the night walk. Cute dog too! Hummingbirds were right outside the cabin feasting on flowers.

The house was clean and tidy and made a good impression. A comfortable room with facilities (eg Refrigerator, ice) available in the kitchen area adjacent to the breakfast room. Breakfast was 'tipco' but nice with lovely fresh fruits and good coffee. The courtyard was pleasant to sit out in during the evening and apart from barking dogs (external to the property) was very peaceful.

Hotel Boutique Malibu Los Sueños está ubicado en Tigre, a 50 km de Catarata Tesoro Escondido, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y una terraza. Great family owned spot. We enjoyed chatting with the son of the owners who is a football (soccer) star goalie. Rooms are basic and comfortable/clean. This isn’t luxury but amazing value. Nice restaurant and tours right accross the street. Make sure you have the omelette at Cartera just 1 mile up the road. The “lounge” area is perfect for a cold beer and a bag of chips or take out fried chicken.
