I loved waking up early and going for a swim and watching the birds in the garden. The owners are very nice and helpful, and their dogs are so cute. They have delicious coffee they offer for free and really thought of everything, even netflix on the TV in the bungalow. We loved it, highly recommend!

The apartment was great, spacious and clean. There was this cute balcony where we had breakfast. The hot tub was a nice feature as well. We could use the kitchen to prepare quick meals and they provided drinking water. The host was a very nice Italian man, always with a smile on his face.

What a beautiful garden and complex of houses. I loved the architecture and that mix of classic and modern. I also liked that it was very close to the beach, restaurants and walkways where you can jog or walk.

The construction of the building is incredible: the rooms are spacious, the floors and walls are covered with what seems to be stone tiles reminiscent of a Roman palace. The wood that finished the construction is robust, sanded, and stained with polyurethane. I don’t know this for a fact, but the owner and designer of the place must be German. Everything in the place resembles a well built German house. Much nicer space than any of the resorts I have stayed in.

I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.
