First time staying in Edinbrugh, had my friend showing me around the place and we found this guest house by chance. First off all the couple who runs the place are so lovely and attentive to customers. Very clean and breakfast included brought to your room. We did have a little gas leak incident but it was quickly fixed in a matter of hours, keeping us very informed on the situation which we very much appreciated! It is on the quieter side of you like it quiet and not in the city, perfect place to stay!

Situated in Edinburgh, the recently renovated 4 Friends House features accommodation 1.3 km from Royal Yacht Britannia and 3.1 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. Nice and quiet location, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and super friendly, professional and considerate staff!

Absolutely loved the Lauderville guest house. Host was incredible and nothing was too much to ask. The four poster room was incredibly cosy and the perfect setting for our Christmas break.

I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. Thank you so much !!

Room had everything we needed for our last night in Scotland. Very kind host who helped us find the rental car return site of Green Motion outside the airport. Great location near the airport and Edinburgh. Loved our stay 👍👍
