Perfect location with just 3 minutes walk to a bus stop. The house and rooms are pretty, cozy, and comfy. Richard and Maki make an excellent host. Breakfast was fresh and yum.

Overlooking gardens, this Victorian house is just a mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Edinburgh. All was good, close to the city center, but not entirely inside, which is good. Comfortable, spacious and clean room, kind, polite and helpful staff. Really nothing to complain about, meets an expectation and everything is according to description and available pictures on the web/booking.

Situated in Edinburgh, the recently renovated 4 Friends House features accommodation 1.3 km from Royal Yacht Britannia and 3.1 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. Great hotel, convenient location, bus stop and grocery store nearby. Very friendly staff, as soon as you cross the threshold, you feel like you are visiting close friends. Everything is clean, the room had everything you needed. I was pleased with the choice of tea, coffee and milk. If you had any comments or ideas on how to improve the service, there was a questionnaire on the table. But I didn't need it because everything was going very well for me. Thank you for your hospitality.

Offering a garden and garden view, Roost Hill - Free Parking Zone is situated in Edinburgh, 2.7 km from University of Edinburgh and 3 km from National Museum of Scotland. Very clean and comfortable family room. Spotlessly clean and plenty of towels for the three of us. Although we didn't meet our hostess Alia in person, she made sure to keep in regular touch via WhatsApp and was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Situated in Edinburgh, near Edinburgh Waverley station, Edinburgh Playhouse and Royal Mile, Ben Cruachan Guest House features free WiFi. This place was brilliant. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming & helpful. The location is very central too. I'd definitely stay again and would reccomend.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. It was an amazing experience to stay at Straven Guesthouse. I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. Set in East Calder and only 15 km from Forth Bridge, Ashcroft Farmhouse offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Elizabeth was such a great host, and went out of her way to make sure I had a smooth check-in at a late time. She also helped organize my taxi at checkout. The room and all the amenities were perfect and I loved the coziness of the entire place. Not to mention, the Scottish breakfast Elizabeth made was one of my favorite breakfasts I've had! Highly recommend staying here for a friendly and genuine experience in Scotland.
