No complaints whatsoever, owner was lovely and helpful. Location is perfect very close to the Mersey, it was absolutely spotless and definitely worth the money. Would 100% come back.

The house and the room were spotless, everything very carefully mantained and clean. The room was very big and had everything we needed. Furthermore, the house has a bus stop just 2 mins away, where you can catch a bus to the city centre and get there in less than 30 mins. On the other hand, the owner was also very nice and helpful with us. We arrived a bit late and she waited to welcome us and to explain everything. If I ever go to Liverpool again, I would definitely stay here.

Valentina and Richard were kind and friendly hosts and went above and beyond making our stay even better than we had expected. Lovely breakfast and very good location.

Breakfast was lovely and the host was very attentive. The room had good tea and coffee facilities, bed was comfortable, free wifi too. Shower was ok and the bathroom was clean. Free parking outside too. Would happily stay here again.
