The hotel was very clean, well maintained, felt at home and safe, walking distance in most of the tourist spots in Tbilisi and Victor was so nice and hospitable at all times.

Great communication and nice room for a pretty good price. The staff was very attentive, was always available and had very short response times. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the reception before check-in time and it was already in our room as we came. The room included every necessary amenity and everything felt clean and cozy. It also had a comfortable balcony with a small table and chairs.

Excellent place with amazing owners, who treat you as a family. Very nice and clean hotel, excellent choice for value for money. Will definitely come back again.

In the Avlabari district of Tbilisi City, close to Freedom Square, MR Guest House features a garden and a washing machine. It is a good place and u feel home and quiet. The family was very nice and the price was affordable i recommend this hotel and it is near for the center

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money

K&N Guesthouse is located in the Avlabari district of Tbilisi City, 2.1 km from Freedom Square, 2.5 km from Rustaveli Theatre and 2.7 km from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Incredibly friendly and accommodating family. The lack of English is not a problem, as some people have mentioned in previous posts. Their son speaks decent English anyway if you need help with enquiries. They allowed us to store luggage when we went to Kazbegi for a few days. The room is comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The property is about 15 mins walk from the Old Town but it is right next to the huge cathedral, which is worth a stroll around both at night and during the day
