We stayed at Cultural Crossing Hotel (CCH) at three points in our month long visit to Georgia and Armenia in October/early November. It is in a great location in the Old City of Tbilisi. History and culture are literally at your doorstep. We stayed in rooms 1 and 3. The small hotel (3 rooms) was opened in March of this year in a historic building. Everything is new, clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. There is a well appointed shared kitchen with a washing machine and dryer! WIFI worked well. Self-service check-in is available. CCH is close to all major attractions. Public transportation, restaurants and shops are nearby. Transfers to and from the airport at available for an additional fee. However, the best part of CCH is its owner, Victor. We have had the opportunity to travel a number of places in the world and we can attest that Victor ranks in the top 5 of hosts with whom we have stayed. He is a superbly nice human being who cares about his guests. His English is excellent and we very much enjoyed our conversations with him. He picked us up at the airport, made a reservation for a minibus to Yerevan, and arranged transportation for us back to the airport at the end of our month's long trip. Although he is not on-site, he lives nearby and was available by WhatsApp for any questions; we appreciated him checking in with us to see how we were doing throughout our three stays. His recommendation for a nearby restaurant was spot on (we ate there 4 times!) and we appreciated the welcome gifts of wine and chocolate. Very friendly hostess, very clean inside, it was very warm in winter, excellent Wi-Fi, everything you need is there, a very quiet place close to the center.

Nastanitev Family Guest House je v mestu Tbilisi City, 1,7 km od znamenitosti Gledališče Rustaveli, in ponuja pogled na mesto. Everything was nice and clean and very presentable. Very friendly mother and son property owners. The private bathroom had new appliances, new deep sink wash bowl, new high sufficient toilet, new shower head for long hot showers and comfortable bed, open air private balcony, and outside sound cancelling security window and balcony door. Good working refrigerator and very quiet room space. And 1-minute walk to "Fresco" a very large, well stocked 24-hour grocery market.

Excellent place with amazing owners, who treat you as a family. Very nice and clean hotel, excellent choice for value for money. Will definitely come back again.

Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money

Nastanitev K&N Guesthouse na dobri lokaciji v okrožju Avlabari (Tbilisi) se nahaja 2,1 km od znamenitosti Trg svobode, 2,5 km od znamenitosti Gledališče Rustaveli in 2,7 km od znamenitosti Opera in... Incredibly friendly and accommodating family. The lack of English is not a problem, as some people have mentioned in previous posts. Their son speaks decent English anyway if you need help with enquiries. They allowed us to store luggage when we went to Kazbegi for a few days. The room is comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The property is about 15 mins walk from the Old Town but it is right next to the huge cathedral, which is worth a stroll around both at night and during the day
