Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Patriko Nisyrian Guesthouse provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 600 metres from Chochlaki Beach. Nice and clean accommodation, with emphasis on details, incorporating in a proper way historical items in the house, and including all the equipment for short (or longer) stay. Very kind and helpful host. The house is conveniently located in the pristine neighborhood of Mandraki, in the vicinity of the monastery, small olive press museum, main square, sea front (with beach around the corner) and parking area, but away from the main entrance streets to/from the port (avoiding daily turists that visit the island), making it an ideal base to explore the town or the island.

Lovely family owned hotel in a great location, set back a little from the seafront in a quiet area with good sea views and a good sized balcony that got the late afternoon/ evening sun. Nice breakfast which you can have outside on the terrace. Lovely staff and a friendly hotel dog, (but don't be put off if you don't like dogs, she only comes to see you if you ask her to!). Rooms were extremely clean. Pool wasn't yet open, but that was to be expected so early in the season (late April). Very good value.

We loved our stay at Perivoli. The location is amazing, great views of the sea. Very tranquil, the place has been created with a lot of love and attention to detail. Truly unique, a wonderful little oasis to relax and enjoy Nisyros from. Haris was a great host, super welcoming and always there to help.

As Nisiros is a small island, this property allowed me to really soak up the feeling and authenticity of the island in a short space of time. I had a wonderful warm welcome from the host as they help recommended places to see and restaurants to go to (which were great) and in a great location to the port and town centre. The property itself felt like I was transported 50 years and reminded me of my Grandmothers house in Cyprus. Great value and somewhere I would come and stay again when I come and visit the island.

Great location!!! Everything is in walk distance. You can hear the waves splashing on the rocks. Grate host!! Very clean room. We recommend it for young couples. We will sourly be back for a longer stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location with lovely views. Breakfast simple but does the job. Pool very clean but salty. There is fridge which serves the pool, with beer wine and soft drinks Family run. Hire a car for a day to see the whole island. Quiet and safe on the roads! You can come across on the 9.30 boat daily for 10 euros from Kardamena and then catch a 3.30 back (or Tues Wed the fastcat goes to Kos Town for 17 Euros at 10:50 ....which is what we did) Will be coming back again to beautiful Nyseros.
