The house is conveniently located in the pristine neighborhood of Mandraki, in the vicinity of the monastery, small olive press museum, main square, sea front (with beach around the corner) and parking area, but away from the main entrance streets to/from the port (avoiding daily turists that visit the island), making it an ideal base to explore the town or the island.
