Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host and family were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Borobudur. The host helped with an early morning ride to go get tickets and also had bikes to get to and from the temple. Siska even told us how much it would cost to park the bicycles which was extremely helpful when bartering with the attendant. We still paid tourist prices but it wasn’t nearly as bad as it could’ve been. She also assisted us with organizing our visit to Prambanan and onward, as well as provided us some options for seeing the rest of the sites we wanted to on Java. The food was delicious, the bed comfy and the location perfect. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, cozy and nice to be outside of the main centre but with easy access by foot or grab.. The hosts are very nice and they even gave us little Indonesian pancakes for breakfast which was a nice surprise.

Definitely would be back there again. Located in a housing of Banyuwangi kota, which is near by Banyuwangi kota train station and convenient location too. Took about 5-8 minutes drive from station itself and easy way to go Ketapang area. Take a local uber to take you to Ketapang harbour if you would like to cross by ferry ship to Bali. Clean and neat place, comfort room and absolutely friendly owner, you will find a new local's life experience there. I arrived in midnight time and the staff was happy to help, they were really accomodate us. Amazing banyuwangi

Set in Ngabean, near Sultan's Palace, Malioboro Mall and Fort Vredeburg, Rumah Gandrung has a garden. Featuring free private parking, the 1-star guest house is 1.2 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. Our stay was short but absolutely great. The location of the place is very convenient, 20 minute walk from the train station. The room was on the smaller side, but we didn't spend too much time inside anyway, so that wasn't an issue. The place itself is great, room is clean, the garden and the hostel territory is nice with a lot of shaded areas to spend time if it gets too hot. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, homecooked local food. If you're planning to go see the temples in and around the city, this is a great place to stay, absolutely worth the money.

Situated in Yogyakarta with Sultan's Palace and Museum Sonobudoyo nearby, "NOMORE" Gallery and Guesthouse features accommodation with free private parking. The place is tucked away in a small neighborhood, which is quite charming. Guests should be aware, though, that cars can't enter the area, so a short walk with your luggage is necessary to reach the place. The breakfast was also delicious and they even packed it to go!
