Nia, the Manager did all she could to welcome us and even stayed up late when we had unavoidable delays making us arrive well past check in. But the whole team are fantastic being attentive and responsive to our needs and requests with smiles at the ready. The inclusion of your choice of breakfast is fantastic and it was the nicest breakfast and cleanest accommodation we had in our month on Sumatra We stayed for 5 nights but would have happily stayed longer. We had to move one night as they were full and stayed at Carolina Cottages but couldn’t wait to get back to a much more welcoming and flexible vibe at Hub Tata If you want peaceful lakeside spot and a lovely vibe with helpful good people and a delicious breakfast this is your place! Sumatra Thomas Leaf Monkey Guesthouse & Jungle Trek ligger i Bukit Lawang, og har overnatting med en hage, gratis WiFi, romservice og en døgnåpen resepsjon. The accommodation is basic but perfect for a quick rest before or after the jungle trek. The jungle trek itself was a great adventure - we were lucky enough to spot lots of orang utans and a bunch of other wildlife, and had a great time with our 2 guides (special thanks for their Indonesian lessons!). Big shout out also to the chef, we were so well-fed with the most delicious food every evening!

I Padang, 17 minutters gange fra Air Manis-stranden, ligger Air Manis Hillside Villa Cafe & Resto, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. The property is well located. It is off the beaten track so it is quiet and peaceful (unless the neighbor has karaoke), but it is only a 10-minute scooter ride to the center. Breakfasts do not have a large selection, but everything is fresh and delicious (including local fruit). The staff tries very hard with every contact. Thank you very much to Rivaldi and Herwin for their hospitality, smiles and kindness. I recommend Air Manis Hillside!

Best place for Orang Utan Trekking (we did 3 days / 2 nights). Staff and guide were great: very nice, knowledgeable, trustworthy and familiar - was a great experience that I can recommend to everyone! p.s. we were very lucky and were able to see 7 different orang utans

Beautiful garden. Great food and nice view on the river from their restaurant terrace. They organised private transport from the airport and guided jungle hike for very reasonable price.

We had a fantastic time at Cheeky Monkeys. The staff were incredibly kind, and it was wonderful to hang out with them in the common area. They were also very helpful with everything we needed. Our jungle trekking experience with them was absolutely awesome! Huge thanks to all the guides at Cheeky Monkeys. We highly recommend staying here; the rooms are comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and the garden is simply astonishing.

Very beautiful guesthouse in stunning surroundings. The staff (Arif and Risky) was amazing and so helpful. They were always available and present and had interest in us as guest.
