In a nice part of Tel Aviv, clean and quiet thanks to the house rules and staff. The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was super well run, all the information we needed to find the location and check-in and out was provided ahead of time. There was on-site staff there in the morning was super helpful and set us up for a great day in Tel Aviv. The kitchen had tea, coffee and cutlery and the shared bathrooms were amble and very clean.

Nastanitev Rothschild Tel-Aviv Studio je v mestu Tel Aviv in nudi zasebne balkone. Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

It is a house with shared kitchen and spacious living room and balcony. Shared facilities like for laundry and a working station with a printer. All pretty and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and nice to have free milk, coffee machine (Nespresso) with some free coffee capsules. Boardgames. Quiet street. Plenty of parking on the street. Lovely owners.

Nastanitev Rosen Villa at Ramat Hahayal se nahaja v mestu Tel Aviv in ima zunanji bazen, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. This is an old villa in a safe, quiet neighborhood and there are rooms rented out individually. The shared spaces are clean and spacious, you can find everything you need to cook. There is a washing and drying machine, and a nice roof top too. Owner really helpful and kind. Public transportation to city center takes about half an hour.

Private rooms near the beach center is located in the Tel Aviv City-Centre district in Tel Aviv, 500 metres from Dizengoff Square and 600 metres from Dizengoff Center Shopping Mall. Decent place for the money. Comfortable
