This is a very beautiful house. The owner has furnished it with carefully selected pieces of antique furniture and decorated it with outstanding pieces of art. The rooms are very spacious and the attached bathroom has very modern amenities. Everything was meticulously clean. The breakfast was made to order and very good. The house is very centrally located and in a very quiet and green neighbourhood.

All the information was clear, good communication with the host Raman. Met expactations from pictures and info online! Felt welcome

Great location for the train station. Easy to get about the city. Helpful staff.

It is very close to the train station, however, all rikshaw and uber drivers had problems finding it, despite google maps clearly showing the route - that might be a general issue, not really related to this particular place. The house is very nice, in a small and quiet street. The host was very nice and understanding about very late check-out due to some health issues. Overall, a very nice stay.

Beautiful house in a safe location close to Sukhna Lake and the Rock Garden. Lovely jungle-like leafy gardens, and incredible art deco furniture and other antiques and artwork. A great host in Captain Dan, and helpful staff.

The place is a boutique hotel occupying a part of the host’s villa in a very peaceful and lovely neighborhood of the city. It was clean and well maintained. I loved the chance to meet the host. Thank you Mr. Dan!

Peaceful location in a quiet residential area. Away from the sights but the hosts arranged tuk tuks whenever we needed them (just insist on the departure time you think best, as we almost missed a tour and a train). Our room was just off the central reception/dining hall and close to the kitchen. There was hot water but the shower was handheld and rather weak. Breakfast was freshly prepared and the staff were friendly.

The hotel has a great location nearby the city centre and the shopping area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they all do their best to help as much as they can.
