Staff are super friendly, always there to help you with everything. -The front desk receptionist girl always gives me the best suggestions about tours in the city, local villages and natural places such as the Bamboo train, Bat cave and killing cave. If you don't want a tour you can rent a scooter and bike and you can ask her to give you a place you should go. -For food it depends on how you like but for me it is amazing and the price is really suitable. -For one thing I have had to go on a tour as the receptionist recommends and it is really the best experience ever. The tour guy is really funny and speaks English really well. He has taken us to a lot of interesting places and explained the information very clearly. We had so much fun with him. -For the room, the bed is really soft and comfy. And the bathroom is really clean. If you stay for a long holiday you can ask them to clean the room anytime you want as I said they are always there to help you. For anything else I think you should come here and experience it by yourself but I can say that if I come to Battambong I must go to that place to stay again It is really sad that I can stay only for one night.

It is near to some of the attractions and it was a quiet and basic place with very few tourists around. One could have a meal right there and it was cheap and good. The staff was helpful and tried their best to keep me comfortable.
