Offering free bikes and garden view, Wilpattu Mookalan Resort is set in Habawewa, 38 km from Kumbichchan Kulama Tank and 39 km from Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. Perfect location 2 mins walk from the entrance to the national park. Lovely attentive hosts, the Mrs is an excellent cook and we ate like kings for our two night stay - breakfasts simple and tasty, dinner an enormous rice and curry spread that could've fed and army, and the lunch box we had on our safari was a tiffin full of delicious fried rice and curry with loads of snacks and drinks. The safari our hosts organised was excellent, just the two of us in the jeep and a driver/guide who could spot an ant from a mile away. Unfortunately no leopards for us but incredible birdlife, and various other animals (spotted and barking deer, warthogs, crocs, mongooses, grey langurs etc).. They also organised very reasonably priced transfers between our accommodations afterwards. There's also a nice loop walk near the lake close to the accommodation for an evening stroll. Highly recommend this place for your time in Wilpattu.

Set 12 km from Pidurangala Rock, Swan Lake Habarana offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Mr Kalhara is very kind and thoughtful, it was pleasant to stay in his house! Breakfast was very good! Room is super clean. Big bed , clean bedclothes, normally working ac and fan, good hot water! Best recommendations, just book and stay here if it's possible🙂

Meegahapokuna Resort offers accommodation set 4.4 km from the centre of Anuradhapura and features a garden and a terrace. It's a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful environment with excellent hospitality. Can enjoy bird watching at the pond and the paddy fields. I highly recommend this place.

Situated in Habarana, VISU VILLA hotel features accommodation with pool with a view, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. We had a great stay at Visu Villa. Ruwan is a great host who is very kind and helpful. He showed us nice places around Habarana and told us more about the way of live. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Also the pool is nice and refreshing. We can recommend the elephant safari. It was beautiful and they go when it is not so busy. The workers who did the safari with us even made an aftervideo. We totally recommend Visu Villa!

Featuring a balcony with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, Sweet Home Tourist Rest, Cooking Classes & Tours can be found in Anuradhapura, close to Attikulama Tank and 2.5 km from Kada Panaha... The homestay was just like being at home so comfortable shared lounge and kitchen bonus we were there all by ourselves perfect, the family were so lovely food was awesome. We rented a tuktuk and went into the local town and spent time with the locals it was amazing we were the only tourists around recommend. Don't hesitate to stay here the family also did our laundry

Situated within 12 km of Pidurangala Rock and 13 km of Sigiriya Rock in Habarana, Habarana Dulwan Guest House offers accommodation with seating area. Ahogy több korábbi vendég is megadta a maximális pontokat, én is azt teszem, mivel ár/érték arányban valóban hozza a maximumot. A tisztasággal nem volt probléma, a vendégszeretet kimagasló, ennek ellenére adódnak kisebb hiányosságok, amiket Mr. Upali meg is oldott. Külön kiemelem, hogy a söreimet a konyhában levő nagy hűtőszekrénybe rakhattam és onnan bármikor kivehettem :-) A Wine Stores amúgy pár perces séta, és mivel gyakorlatilag a központban van (egy kis mellékutcában), számos étterem és bolt is rendelkezésre áll. Nekünk a reggeli nem jött be annyira -amúgy szinte mindenhol helyi ételeket ettünk-, és azért az feltűnő kell hogy legyen a házigazdáknak, ha a vendég csak belekóstol és otthagyja. Ilyenkor meg kéne kérdezni, mi legyen helyette… De ez csak tanács. Sok sikert!

The room was spacious and clean, nice position in front of the lake where it’s possibile to see lots of birds during the sunset. The staff is lovely, very welcoming and friendly, they can also arrange a tuk-tuk tour of the city.

10 km from Pidurangala Rock in Habarana, Priyavimana resort provides accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and spa facilities. Our stay was magnificent. The host picked us up from train station when we arrived late from Colombo. We easily discussed anything and he also rented us scooter and booked safari tour for us for reasonable price. The room was nice and breakfast just amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone.
