The staff was super nice and the bedroom was also quite comfortable. Key highlights: 1. Great washroom and hot water available; good shower 2. Staff and hospitality was extremely nice and welcoming. They proactively reached out about our arrival time and were available even though it was very late. They also helped carry our luggage to the room, as we had booked one on the first floor. It was a bit small for 3 people but since it was me and my parents, we were quite comfortable. The photos are quite accurate and there was enough space for us to manage our 3 luggages also. 3. it was raining heavily but everytime i went to my car (they had a private parking), the staff would come with an umbrella - was very nice of them 4. Beds were quite comfy and even though it was quite cold, we didnt feel anything. They were also willing to give us an extra heater (though at additional charge). highly recommend! Tip: If you are 3-4 people, I highly recommend booking their attic room, as it was OUT OF THIS WORLD in terms of space and comfort.

We were greeted by the family. The young man helped carry our bags into the room. He offered us tea and coffee. He was very polite and helpful. He did his job with heart and love. The accommodation is in the mountains at an altitude of about 2000m. In the evenings the temperature drops to about 15C. You need to wear a jacket in the evenings. The locals also wear wool hats. But this is clearly unnecessary. Double fleeces for sleeping in the room. It's good to be able to wear a blouse with longer sleeves if you're afraid of the cold. The room is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. TV in the room. Common dining area for three rooms with fridge. Breakfast was made by the hostess. It was delicious: toast, jam, butter, sausages, fruit, pancakes, jackfruit sauce on bread.

If you’re coming to Nuwara Eliya with visions of old world charm this is the place for you. We loved our huge bedroom, it was perfect for a family of four. The decor and building design are gorgeous. The home is spotlessly clean. The hosts were very kind. The food delicious and fresh, the free breakfast was outstanding. It is a bit out of the town centre but this was a positive in our eyes. Easy walk into town or tuk tuk is cheap. Really recommend this place.

Super friendly hostess! It’s our mistake that I’ve missed connection with her but she tried to contact me for arrival, diner, breakfast and is willing to do everything which was really lovely!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My stay at Dhammika's guesthouse was a true highlight of my trip to Sri Lanka and I regret not being able to stay longer. Dhammika's hospitality is truly exceptional. He picked me up from the train station late in the evening, drove me to Adam's Peak trail starting point at 2 am, organized a very authentic tea fields tour, arranged a driver for me, and even gave me recommendations for a safari for the next leg of my journey. He really took care of everything! The guesthouse itself is lovely. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding tea fields and the lake. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the warmth and friendliness of Dhammika's family made staying there a pleasure. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and Dhammika's guesthouse is the perfect base to explore it from. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Lavendra Guset House se encuentra en Nallathanniya, a 3 min a pie de Pico de Adán y a 31 km de Hatton Railway Station. Large clean rooms with large bathrooms! Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
