Tucked away from the main road, it’s perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Batticaloa. Nava, the owner, is one of the loveliest people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was he unbelievably welcoming but he helped us so much when our train got cancelled because of flooding. He sorted us out with a driver and some fruit for our journey. We are so grateful to him for being so kind and helpful, we would have been lost without him! Would strongly recommend staying here.

The room is very clean and the host is very attentive. It’s a pretty quiet area, keeping in mind we visited in February. Overall a very good stay for a stopover from Trinco to Pottuvil

Their english is excellent and it facilitates communication. Arul is really keen on sharing local knowledge and culture which was super nice. Room is fine. Location is perfect between the two beaches (I personally prefer Kalkudah) Breakfast and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancake rolls!

From the dining area we could see and hear the sea. It was magical. The food was delicious and the staff did everything to make us comfortable and happy. We loved staying here!

Juda Holiday Villa, a property with a garden, is situated in Batticaloa, 200 metres from Kallady Beach, 2.3 km from Batticaloa Railway Station, as well as 3.5 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa. The owners were super friendly, helped us with everything and arranged a tuktuk for us in the morning. They speak very good English. We had a nice conversation with them and they also made a special tea for us. The room is clean and walk distance from beach and few restaurants. It was good stay for us on our way to the south. Can recommend!
