The staff working here are doing such a great job of protecting the legacy. They were very friendly and answered all our questions. Location is great and quiet and the room is clean and comfortable.

Set in Colombo on a private peninsula by the banks of the historic Diyawanna Lake, Aathma Colombo House provides accommodation with a garden. Aathma is a feast for the eyes and the heart. The setting is so lovely with lake views and peaceful gardens. As others have said there is always something new, beautiful or quirky to catch your eye. The hotel feels like a treasured family home in which you are an honoured guest. The staff are excellent, so professional and competent but friendly and fun as well. Bohoma stoothi Imran and Geeth for your outstanding care of us. The food was also some of the best we have had in Sri Lanka.

We appreciate the beautiful design of the accommodation, very pleasant and helpful staff, we were given towels for the pool. The breakfast was very tasty, we could choose what we liked. There were clean towels, soap, shampoo in the bathroom. We lacked nothing.

I liked EVERYTHING about Sayura house! What an absolute gem! From the warm welcome to the beautiful dog, amazing breakfasts, gorgeous garden, daily checking that everything was okay, family atmosphere, lovely room and the great restaurant. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to stay next time I’m in Colombo!

A few steps from Mount Lavinia Beach, MountBaylk is a recently renovated property set in Mount Lavinia and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We had an amazing stay here. The hosts, Sam and Steph, are the most kind, welcoming people you could meet. The staff are very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. The Sri Lankan omelette for breakfast was the best I'd had in the three weeks of travelling the country. Mount Bay Guest House rooms have all that you would expect at more expensive hotels. All the boxes are ticked. A very comfortable stay.

Shalom Villa asub Rajagiriyas, R Premadasa staadionist 8,8 km, Khani kellatornist 10 km ja vabaajakeskusest 26 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum. Bambalapitiya raudteejaam jääb 8,5 km... The host was friendly, and the facilities were great especially the shower. The bed was a bit short though, I am 1,88m. Also there was a short narrow path you had to walk to get to the room and my 66L bag could only just fit in scratching the walls.

Everything is well-maintained, and Uncle Gunaratna’s hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay!
