Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

The flat is in a quiet area of Kalatura and consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. Nice roof terrace, a huge flatscreen TV and great value for money! The caretaker is very nice and helpful.

The hosts are really nice and super helpful. It was my first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and it was the best start I could get: The host picked me up from the airport, helped me to get cash and a SIM card and explained a lot about the country and Beruwala with a lot of tips of what to do. The room was nice and clean and the house is right at the beach, with a big balcony facing the sea. I got amazing Sri Lankan breakfast every morning on the balcony and the hosts checked in with me regularly to make sure I have a smooth stay and to recommend things to do and places to visit. I can highly recommend the stay and would book again if I return to Beruwala.

I needed, for example, help with a birthday party for my wife and they arranged everything and the result was amazing. Owner and personal was amazing, everything was clean,wer quote area,close to the beach,very nice and clean Swimmingpool .As well was great food and very helthy. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Friendly and helpful hosts. Good breakfast. Good value, would recommend.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Amazing western or Sri Lankan breakfast. Superb hosts very friendly and welcoming. Easy walking distance to beach and resteraunts. The accomodation has its own tuk tuk to take you and bring you back free of charge if you don't want to walk. Highly recommended.

But what makes it so special is the utter dedication of its owner to make sure his guests are comfortable, safe and he goes beyond anything we have ever experienced to provide exceptional service. This was the second time we have stayed here and would recommend it without hesitation.
