The breakfast was amazing, the host family was the best and so helpful! The house and garden were the prettiest. Our host also booked a safari for us for a cheap price and offered to drive us to places!

Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent location. We loved the food, very tasty and prepared with care. Breakfast was full of variety every day. Hosts were very kind and eager to help. We couldn't be happier, absolute value, would recommend to anybody without reservations.

Friendly couple who helped us a lot during our stay in the country. Clean rooms and friendly staff and I highly recommend this property to stay

Offering a garden and garden view, Simoya Nature Park is set in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock and 22 km from Pidurangala Rock. This lovely couple are one of the nicest people I have met in my 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka. They are runing this place with all their heart and making it very enjoyable with all that small details you will find and appriacated there. Their providing 4 stars service for small budget. Very recomended.

1.7 km from Sigiriya Rock, Hungry Lion Sigiriya is a recently renovated property situated in Sigiriya and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Quality-price was very good. Breakfasts were delicious and very complete. The staff was friendly, helpful and give good tips for what to do in the region. Absolutly recommend this place !

Located within 3.5 km of Sigiriya Rock and 4.5 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Relax Nature Villa offers accommodation with seating area. We requested to check in before almost 6 hours. Without being irritated Mahinda dada welcomed us at midnight (3:30am)!! He did not even charged extra money for early check–in. The breakfast & dinner we got at night was beyond expectation. Foods were delicious and representing the authentic Sri Lankan taste. The environment was lovely & the location was very close from Lion rock. We are greateful to Mahinda dada and his family for the amazing hospitality... ❤️

Boasting garden views, Roy's Villa features accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a bar, around 8.2 km from Sigiriya Rock. This place is a 10/10! You feel welcomed and at home from the moment you arrive. Beautiful rooms, common areas and pool. I personally ended my trip here but it’s a great starting point as you‘ll meet other (solo) travelers to exchange and join plans.

Located in Sigiriya and only 1.9 km from Sigiriya Rock, The Cattleya Guest House Sigiriya provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The service was outstanding. As a solo traveler they made sure that I felt safe and well taken care of. Even driving me to Lions Rock at 5am so I could hike up and see the sunrise. Great food, proactive and excellent service. I really felt like I was in good hands. Super comfy bed. Cute garden. Quiet but just a short walk away from the town. This should be a three start property.
