The staff were friendly and welcoming, with good English skills that made communication easy. Our room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after exploring. The bathroom was nice with a pleasant shower, though the water pressure could have been a bit stronger.

We had just been in a car accident and were in shock, and they did everything they could to help us, make us feel comfortable, and calm us down. They took my friend to the police station and the accident site to collect the things we had forgotten in our distress. They brought us lemonade and a cream for the pain since I had some injuries from the accident. They gave us plenty of advice and helped us arrange transportation for the tour we wanted to do the next day. They were always there whenever we needed them. The view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the place was clean, with a warmth that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it. The owners are, above all, truly kind-hearted people, something you really appreciate when traveling so far from home and facing a difficult situation.

It’s a very easy walk into Ella along the rail way tracks (this is normal in Ella I promise). Staff wanted to do as much as they could to make the stay at the hotel and time in Ella as enjoyable as possible.
