Very clean place! We had a lovely stay. The lady is very kind and helpful. She gave us a better option room. The view from the cosy balcony on the mountains is great! It's 10 min walk to the center or to a beach what you can enter from a tunnel. The beds are comfortable and everything great.

We liked everything about this place, we really don't have anything negative to say. Perfect location to go see Skadar Lake from. The two rentable rooms in this Guesthouse is on the 1st floor of a building where the hosting family lives upstairs. The rooms have a small balcony from where we enjoyed our coffee and even breakfast and dinner some of the days. A 1000 thanks to Andjela our host, who we were in contact with during our stay. She helped us navigating all the options of going on tours and see Skadar lake. The stay would not have been the same without her.

Apartments & Rooms Elite ligger i landsbyen Dobre Vode, blot 7 km fra Bar. Der tilbydes privat strand med gratis liggestole, håndklæder og parasoller. Samtlige værelser har balkon og havudsigt. Since we were upgraded the comments relate to the apartments and not the double rooms. The apartment was very quite large with all required a facilities. The view of the balcony (of all rooms) was of the sea and part of the touristic promenade which could be reached by foot in a few minutes. There were multiple bars and restaurants. The nearest major store however was up the hill, near the main road. Since the hotel was situated at the end of the touristic area, it was rather quiet. By foot it was also possible to reach another part/beach of the city around the cliff, which by the way makes for great photos. While there was no beach directly nearby, the hotel offered sunbeds on its property right at the cliffs. (Where theoretically you could get in via a ladder to swim as well.)
