The view from the balcony was exceptional, very relaxing. There is a very nice beach, just past the main road and really close to the property. The host was correct, friendly and explained us a lot of attractions of Kotor.

We had a fabulous stay at Antika Guesthouse Nikola and the staff were amazing - we tried to stay longer at the last minute but couldn’t, and were very helpful finding us an alternative at the last minute. We could speak highly enough of the staff. Perfect location. In the heart of Old Town Kotor - great restaurants and bars with plenty to see and do. I can happily recommend the comfortable rooms which have everything you require
