Where to even begin… our stay at Whale Shark Beach is one we will not forget. The staff were so accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. They always welcomed us back from our excursions or just afternoons out on the beach and always wanted to know what we had done that day. The food was immaculate and we ended up eating at the hotel every night so we could keep trying things off the menu. The rooftop dining area is especially lovely, it’s nice to be able to see the stars during the evening. The excursions team were absolutely incredible. We saw dolphins, turtles, various reefs and had an unforgettable experience swimming with manta rays. The team were also incredibly generous and allowed us to join two additional manta ray and whale shark trips for no additional cost after we had not seen them initially. The boat was well equipped and the team were incredibly focussed on guest safety in the water as well as enjoyment. Another key thing that we applaud the excursions team on is ensuring the safety and well being of the wild animals we saw whilst out on the sea. The boat engine was immediately turned off as soon as we saw dolphins and they kept a good distance away instead of chasing and harassing the animals. Additionally, prior to one of our whale shark tours we were briefed on how to swim with the animal safely and were reminded that if anyone tried to touch or swim to close to the animal they would be removed from the water. As someone who works in marine animal conservation, I applaud the team at Whale Shark Beach for putting the animals first and ensuring that both them and the guests could have a safe and enjoyable experience. The room was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’d ever slept in and very spacious. The television also had smart options available to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime which was a big bonus.

The welcome when we arrived was outstanding. Relaxing with a drink while checking in and lots of excellent useful info. Very professional. Although close together the rooms feel very private due to all the beautiful green plants. Lovely terrace to relax on. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom and outside shower is outstanding with toiletries provided. They have thought of everything you may need right down to mossie slray. We booked half board and I highly recommend this option. Variety of choices for breakfast and dinner.

I Dhigurah, 0 minutters gange fra Dhigurah-stranden, nordvest, ligger Unwind Dhigurah, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en hage og et privat strandområde. Øya var kjempe fin. En uforglemmelig opplevelse. Vi spiste på andre steder heller enn på hotellet men vi fikk god mat der også når vi bestilte og hvis alt stemte. Stedet er fin i sin helhet og virker som om det er et stort hjem.

The staff was amazing and super helpful during my stay there. The room are spacious with a lot of natural light, clean and comfortable. 100% recommended to stay with a low budget but nice accomodation like this one ♡

Ayira stood out as a perfect 10 on the reviews for Feridhoo accommodations, so I had to find out what that experience was like. Amjad and his staff fully delivered a world class personable experience. Highly recommend. With less than 3 weeks to plan 2 weeks as part of a 2 month long excursion with plans to travel to 7 countries, I came to Feridhoo to do my Scuba Open Water Certification with a local PADI 5-star Dive Center for a whole week on Feridhoo as my first destination and was a great way to kick off my trip. The local diving is a great experience for a new or beginner divers, and getting to experience diving with mild/medium current. My stay at Ayira was an extremely pleasant experience from the initial boat transfer as soon as I got off the plane to the very last day on the island. Amjad and the entire staff there made sure my needs were taken care of and they were extremely accommodating. The entire experience at the hotel was essentially timed around other guests to make it feel like I was the only person at the hotel, even with other guests staying there. I I was treated like a guest at someone’s home and was well taken care of and treated like family. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, and I had a private outdoor drying area to hang my wet beach wear. The WiFi internet was great for Maldives! The meals prepared by staff at Ayira were delectable with a variety of dinner options. The breakfast was plenty enough to charge up for two 50 minute dives. On the beach, I was given a secluded lounge chair away from other beach chairs for other hotels, and the Feridhoo sunsets were out of this world. When I typically travel, I normally look at for specific locations and book the nearly the most economical accommodation, or an Airbnb, and do my own cooking. This time around for the Maldives I knew services, such as a grocery store, were limited like most islands in the Maldives.

I Thoddoo, 9 minutters gange fra Thoddoo Beach, ligger Fairytale Inn, som har gratis sykler, gratis privat parkering, en hage og et privat strandområde. It was amazing! Really like a fairytale🤗 Very clean, very beautiful. Dilyana and Silviya are the sweetest hosts 😊 They even organized us a romantic dinner on Valentine's day 🫶 The garden is very beautiful and there are several parrots walking around 😊. Breakfast is different every day and very delicious. They offer bicycles for riding around the island. It was a pleasant stay and we totally enjoyed it. 🤗 Definitely recommend it! If you stay in Thoddoo this is the stay to be! 🤗

Tides Dhigurah ligger i Dhigurah og har en hage, fellesstue, terrasse og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. This was already the second time that we stayed in the Tides Guesthouse and nothing has changed within a year (in a positiv way)! The staff is still very friendly and helpflul. The daily breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are cleaned every day and you get new towls whenever you need them. In addition, the staff organises whale shark, manta and other tours. Don't worry about the transfer to Dhigurah, the Tides Guesthouse also takes care of that! A special thank you goes to Hafeez (owner) and Lahiru (staff)! They are taking very good care of all guests and whenever you have a request, they handle it!

Green Leaf Guest House - Omadhoo ligger i Omadhoo og har en restaurant. Dette 3-stjerners gjestgiveriet har en hage i tillegg til rom med klimaanlegg, gratis WiFi og eget bad. We had the most wonderful stay at the Green Leaf Guesthouse! The host and his guys are the most welcoming and helpful staff ever, they were super nice and helped us organize everything . I recomend the excursions and the dinner beach too. The guesthouse is cozy, the breakfast is very good. The room was clean and had everything you need. The gave us also fins free of charge! It is a 10/ 10!

Manta Stay Thoddoo, Maldives ligger i Thoddoo og har en hage, privat strandområde, restaurant og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. We liked this hotel, clean rooms, wonderful staff and the most important thing for us - silence!😊😊😊
