The location was an excellent base to explore the beautiful Otago Pennisula (we did not want to go to Dunedin city at all as we had already explored it prior). A self contained modern, spotless studio with a lovely view, comfortable bed and linens and excellent hosts. Dallas hit the mark with her hosting duties; not intrusive but there if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful surrounding areas and a wonderful place to stay close to Dunedin. Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

I arrived quite late and missed the sunset, but the sunrise was beautiful.

Lovely appartement, right next to the historic street of Clyde. The instructions given by the owner were more precise than Google Maps, so we could self check-in without any issues. The owner even left us freshly picked fruit from her garden, along with some cookies.

Hosts friendly and informative We had two bedrooms, both comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine, clear instructions regarding ventilation. It is a room with no outside wall. We had our own entrance and key. Nice kitchen area with toaster, microwave and kettle. With tea, coffee milk etc kindly provided. This house is on a bus route for those without personal transport. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pub. We only had one night in Dunedin but an very happy we chose this .
