We were driving, so upon arrival he found us on the narrow streets of the old town, helped to park the car and get the suitcases. The place is in the heart of the old town, Adnan introduced the history and the architecture! We absolutely fell in love with the authenticity! And the delicious breakfast place with a magnificent terrace was just cherry on the top!

Very easy communication through WhatsApp. Right next to Nizwa's old town, parking space in the courtyard, very nice, spacious rooms with big comfortable beds and a pretty courtyard to relax. Outstanding quality-price ratio.

Great experince, very friendly staff, great location, easy to walk from, we were welcomed with coffee and dates, and the staff on hand (raqu? from nepal) helped bring our luggage in from the parking lot nearby. Everything was smooth.

Everything was perfect. From the beautiful house itself and the delicious food (both breakfast and dinner are included in the price, made at home or by local cooks, out of local products, easily one of the best, if not the best, I had in Oman), through small details like the smell of incense all around the guesthouse, elegant design choices, and the high quality soap (available to buy downstairs!), to the host herself and the ambience she creates for this place. I loved her idea to have shared dinners and breakfasts, with her and/or other travelers. It is a wonderful way to exchange stories and experiences while building a small community of Bait Al Aali people. Emina knows a lot about the region, has interesting stories to tell, a big heart for animals and is conscious about sustainable development of tourism. The area is magical and quiet, with a palm plantation just outside, where you can stroll for hours and relax. The room was spacious, with a lot of light, a big, comfortable bed and a private, very clean and modern bathroom. Everything is freshly renovated, the terrace has an incredible view of the area, and Emina makes sure that the place feels like home you want to return to. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!
