What made my stay even more special was the way he surprised me for my birthday. He arranged a small celebration in his beautiful traditional tent, surrounded by other guests, creating such a heartfelt and touching moment that I will never forget. The staff at the guest house were also exceptional, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The environment is peaceful, beautifully set. One of the highlights of my stay was the boat trip organized by Salem, where we had the chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat. It was magical and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. If you’re considering booking a stay at Salem’s, don’t hesitate for a second. Whether you’re looking for adventure, connection, or peaceful beauty, you’ll find it all here. Desert Heart Camp encontra-se em Badīyah e apresenta um jardim. Cada quarto está equipado com varanda. Todos os quartos têm uma casa de banho partilhada com chuveiro e chinelos. This was a perfect experience and definitley the highlight of our trip. The hospitality of Amur was awesome. Since we did not have 4*4 WD he provided our transfer. Our tent was comfortable with private bathroom. The showers were outside. After arriving to the camp we were welcomed with fruitbasked, dates spiced with a bit cumin& sesame and Omani coffee and tea. We had a car ride on the dunes for sunset. Our driver was friendly and experienced. Before dinner, Amur made bread from the scratch on camp fire. Dinner was delicious. We had salad, traditional bread soaked in sauce, rice with chicken and camel meet skewer. If you are vegetarian they prepare your meal accordingly. His family also came to the camp and welcomed us warm heartedly. After dinner his children sung and made music and we all danced together. At night the sky is cristal clear and full with stars. You can enjoy it next to campfire. You will sleep very well since the inside of the tent is dark and there is no voice except the rooster from another camp who has a funny time feeling:) beds are comfortable and you have 2 little windows for fresh air. There is light within the tent and bathroom. For shower torch is also provided. Breakfast was very good. We had crêpe, omlet, joghurt with raisin and pomegranate. Since it was eid, goat meat and honey was served as well. Camel ride, bike ride are also available. I do recommend this place and we will definitley plan another trip with Amur for another desert trip.
