Beautiful house in the middle of the jungle and lovely family. Philippe and Lucie are really welcoming, they take care of their guests , we felt part of their family. We have been lucky because we happened upon to a family dinner with their daughter and her friends. We really appreciate it and Lucie’s food was delicious , she is a great cook. We did the hiking on the back of the house, theirs lovely dogs Noki and Rex showed us the way, the best guides we could had. The room was really big, we had our own private terrace and bathroom. We didn’t have a car, but if you want to explore the island you definitely need your own transportation, Philippe and Lucie can help you with that too.

Really lovely place with a great view and accès to the lagoon. You can enjoy the garden, the swimming pool or the lagoon ( there are even some Kayak if you feel like going around ). It’s close by all the restaurants and shops of the village as well as the public beach. It’s clean, pretty and the host is really nice and always happy to help.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, my favorite part of the stay! The restaurant is decent, the bungalows are very spacious and clean.

Extremely friendly helpful owners David and Vanessa, we felt right home away from home, you can ask them anything always happy to help, you can snorkel right off dock beautiful coral fish and black tip sharks free kayak, yummy breakfast upon demand delivered on terras, loved hotel kitty and doggy too, one can take drinks out of fridge at same rate as in supermarket! Love love love

Set in Moorea and only 19 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, Maison bord de mer ia orana lodge offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Oh, everything. Location perfect and idyllic. Quiet,. It was not cheap, but for what we had, it was great value for money, and certainly competitively priced. We had the whole house to ourselves, but it's ideal for a group of 6. Sharks and rays swim close to the shore, just below the terrace, and there's plenty of good coral in that lagoon. Absolutely spellbinding view from the upstairs room (we didn't go into the downstairs rooms). People running it are so lovely. Helpful, welcoming, happy to share their company. Florence is charming and a great cook.She will make you a 3 course meal for the price of a starter elsewhere. Sylvian and Pierre great company too, and so helpful.

Set just 26 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, Heimanarii, slodge Mahana offers accommodation in Haapiti with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as bicycle parking. We had such a unique stay at Mark's place. It is challenging to stay here without a car, but certainly possible, at least for a couple of days. I liked the camp cabin accommodations. The value for a full kitchen and the number of people who could stay in the cabin comfortably was exceptional. The other guests were friendly, but respectful and quiet on the property when it was night. The option to rent kayaks, surfboards and snorkel gear at a reasonable price is wonderful! There are good food and grocery options within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

It had more character than any other home stay. It was unique, and colorful, and exactly what a traveling surfer should be hoping to find. The owners were exciting, enthusiastic people, and seemed like they would do anything to make your experience better. They did for us. I hope many others get to experience this place for years to come.

Boasting mountain views, Heimanarii, slodge Manu features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 26 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. We loved the uniqueness of the property, the craftsmanship of the home abd facilities. It was really clean and tidy on arrival. The meshed windows really helped keep the mozzies away. We loved the vibe but especially loved the environment created by Mark and his family. They are truly special, generous, kind, and hospitable people.

Set in Maatea and only 16 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, Pension Te Aroha - Te Haumaru offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Mareva and Hubert are wonderful hosts, I would love to come back just to visit them and stay at their lovely home again. They go above and beyond to welcome you, make sure your stay is comfortable, and ensure you have a great time in moorea. I also learned lots about Polynesia straight from the local source & they even cooked me family meals!- I couldn’t ask for more!
