They have roof top if you want to smoke. Location is just few minutes away from known tourist destinations and few walks from market and restaurants. Value for money compare to other hotels plus free parking. Cleanliness was good i never see or smell any old garbage. Staff all were so friendly and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful Taal lake view that you can see from your room and balcony. I highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here again when we come back in few months.

Very helpful with everything and very easy to speak to. Communicates if there are any needs that you may need from her such as cleaning or additional appliances with no additional cost.
