I liked several things: - It that it was not far away from the Santa Fe Port (7-8 min walk) and not far from town centre (10 min walk) and around 15 min walk to Kota Beach. - The room was very clean and had everything I needed. - The most important and outstanding thing: Helen, the person in charge (or owner, not sure) of the property WAS THE BEST!!! The kindest person ever !! She gave me the ride to the place to catch the boat to Virgin Island knowing I was not feeling very well, and then on my last day she offered me the ride to the port ❤️. She was very sweet and I’ll never forget her kindness and patience to answer to all my questions. She even washed some of my clothes 🙈

The room was clean, well thought through, and we had new sheets every day! Location is also great as it is walking distance to the only real beach in moalboal; white beach. You can rent a scooter at the guesthouse at a very good price. Most negatives of other people are really not a problem or it's due to their own fault. Within this price range it's a really good deal. Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. The place is quit and so good and the breakfast options was really good I really liked it , The location is walking distance to the beach and snorkling area
