We loved everything about our stay. The view at sea and Faial is mesmerizing. The facilities in the house are superb, we cooked some lovely diners in the kitchen and enjoyed eating them on the shared terrace while enjoying the sunset. In the morning you are welcomed with a lovely breakfast and hot coffee. The bed and shower is good. There is osmosis tap water, therefore you do not have to buy big bottles of water. A huge supermarket is only 10min walking. The walk into town (Madalena) is only a few minutes where you can jump into the natural swimming pools, go for a nice diner or walk to the harbour to go for a whale watching tour. The interior of the house is very scandinavian and light, with lots of wood. As said… we loved it and if we ever visit Pico again we would definetely stay here again.

Helen and Vera did everything to make our trip as pleasant as possible so we felt right at home in the guesthouse. The guesthouse is in a good location with great views over the ocean. The suite we stayed in is spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast was super good with local products and Helen and Vera made something special (pancakes, banana bread, etc.) every day to surprise us. Breakfast is served on a covered outside patio where we sat at a round table with the other guest, which we enjoyed a lot. We met nice and interesting people and had great conversations. Helen and Vera also gave us great tips for restaurants, sights and even running trails. We stayed at the guesthouse for nine days and really loved it. We highly recommend it.

Pico Dreams býður upp á rúmgóðar villur með eldunaraðstöðu og svölum eða verönd með víðáttumiklu útsýni yfir Atlantshafið og Pico-fjall. Gonçalo was the perfect host, very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay the most pleasant! The facilites are very well made and we felt at ease from the get go.

Casa Bicuda is super well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people. In addition the host offers a 10 service in terms of attention to their guests including a welcome pack made with local products. 100% recommendable.

Casa da Rocha er staðsett í Terra do Pão og býður upp á garð, saltvatnssundlaug og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. To cut it short: this was our favorite place on a long Portugal/Azores trip. Highly recommended and would really love to return

The view , the space in the house, the swimming pool, silence, everything that we need was at house - towels, hair dryer, soap , washing liquid, even coffee.. we didn't expect that the house is so huge, on the second floor 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus sofa downstairs, huge space in the kitchen, living room with 2 tables , toilet downstairs, outside sun beds.. blankets if needed, an extra bed with a mattress if needed, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher, but still the most what we loved was the view on the ocean 🐳 wish to be back there , beautiful 😍

Extremely welcoming, service-minded staff (owners managing there own place); nice room with own balcony and sea and mountain view; decent room size; fabulous breakfast; quality answers to every question, advice from the tourist's perspective, sometimes driven by the business interests of the other services the place offers, but never inappropriate or even intruding; located right in the middle of where the action in more and more buzzling Lajes is.
