The family home is surrounded by bungalows scattered around the garden with all sorts of trees and flowers .They are the sweetest people and it is a short bicycle ride to 7/11, restaurants, cafes and the lovely beach. We had a very warm welcome and felt home from the first moment on and extended our stay. The spirit of magic Thai hospitality can be felt on this place. It's a nice, quiet, peaceful place, surrounded by a green garden. The long sandy beach is 300m far. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Water, banana, coffee, tea and breakfast are included. A huge thanks to Dave and family for making the days so enjoyable.

Nice sitting area on the ground floor. The owners speak excellent English and are interesting people. Very helpful as is Penny, the lady who works the front office. They all gave good information about Hua Hin in general and specific activities and markets etc. The location is near the beach but away from the crowded area. I look forward to staying there again on my return trip.

We really enjoyed our time at Baan Mahasamut and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and natural getaway. We extended our stay twice 😂 and appreciated exploring Pranburi for 15 days. The rooms are nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and the pool with a Mountain View is definitely a highlight. Som, Peter, and Theo are really cool! Thank you for hosting us.

บ้านณัฐวรรณ หัวหิน - Baan Nattawan Huahin se află în Hua Hin, la aproximativ 3,4 km de Klai Kangwon Palace și la 3,4 km de Palatul Klai Kangwon. The place was amazing and a great value for money. The koi fish swimming around is so relaxing. The staff were incredibly catering and helpful. Because there is water outside your front door the staff made sure to give us loads of sprays and incense against mosquitos. They were absolutely lovely. We felt like we were in an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
