The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and gave great tips. The whole place was spotless which is remarkable considering it is right next to the sea.

There were a few eccentric features, like we had a huge bathtub, which was nice but difficult to get in and out of. The host was very nice and gave us some fruit. Which was very generous. It had a more Japanese vibe than Chinese. Every room seems to be unique.

Golden Bay Holiday Inn está ubicado frente al mar en Kenting, a a pocos pasos de Playa de Dawan y a 4 minutos a pie de Playa Kenting. The location of the hotel was great. It was quiet and next to the water with a good view. It was close enough to the night market to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had lots of free toiletries and towels that were delivered to the room daily. The shower had hot water with good water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The owner of the property was very friendly and especially accommodating considering our Mandarin was very limited. Breakfast was a variety of items and was very good. The view from the rooms was beautiful-the hotel is directly across the street from the beach.
