Well located in the centre of Santo Domingo, Tus Recuerdos offers a terrace, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. With city views, this accommodation provides a balcony. We loved our stay here. The place isn't fancy but its quite charming and fantastic value. The owners don't speak English but are very friendly. The pictures are accurate, the bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent in Ciudad Colonial just around the corner from the main pedestrian street. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and balcony to make meals there. Highly recommended.

Complete with a shared lounge, Akunamatata Guest House Grand Case is situated in Grand Case, 200 metres from Grand Case Beach and 2.9 km from Anse Marcel Beach. Really good location. The room was cozy and the bed was good to sleep. Other travellers were quiet so we had really peaceful stay!

Set in Le Diamant, within 700 metres of Grande Anse du Diamant Beach, VILLA DIAMANTILLES - MAISON D'HOTES offers accommodation with air conditioning. The location of the villa is fabulous. Thirty minute drive from the airport and a five minute walk to the beach. Each of the three rooms has a different theme. Outside of our room were our own deck chairs and table. Each area was decorated and nicely lit. All rooms faced the pool and the beautiful sea. Travelling from the airport was very easy. The roads are good and well marked. Keep an eye peeled for the road to the villa. There is a sign but it is a narrow road and could be easy to miss! We felt very well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast, served al fresco, consisted of fresh local fruit, ham and prosciutto, fresh baguette and brioche, jams and homemade juice. Delicious! Would definitely stay there again!
