Eco Lagoon exceeded all of our expectations. The food was fantastic, and the location was serene, with easy access to a beautiful beach just a short 5-minute kayak trip away. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for unwinding. Chau, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that every moment of our stay was enjoyable. We also fell in love with their adorable dog, Coca, who added a special charm to our experience. This was by far the best accommodation we stayed at in Vietnam, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

This budget hotel is situated to 2 min walk from one of the best beaches of the island, which makes this an ideal place to stay for those who want to swim, enjoy beach activities and the busy evening life of the West coast. Most importantly, they have an AMAZING restaurant run by the owners which is truly the best place we ate in the whole island! Their menu is gorgeous, has many different tasty dishes, including veggie options and amazing breakfast. The owners are very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The rooms have all basic facilities, the mattrass is good, we always had hot water. We personally liked more the rooms that come with a patio as they offer extra outdoor space to sit and relax. This hotel is a very good value for money. Having stayed in many other places on the island, we can say that for this amount of money you won't find anything that is so close to the beach and is not noisy. Perfect for a short stay!

The staff was lovely, they helped us to get to the hospital at midnight. Also the breakfast was excellent. They even prepared breakfast for us for our early flight. Mai Phuong Binh has everything you need in a perfect location.

The two gracious villa owners were incredibly kind and attentive, providing us with bikes so we could explore at our leisure. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. But what truly set this place apart was the private chef—an absolute treasure. She could create anything from scratch, from traditional Vietnamese cuisine to international dishes, all with incredible skill and flavor. For food lovers, this is nothing short of paradise. Every meal felt like a five-star dining experience, right in the comfort of the villa. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat with authentic charm and world-class hospitality, this is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
