Featuring pool with a view and views of pool, Minh Trang Villa Hoi An -BBQ Garden is a recently renovated guest house set in Hoi An, 1.9 km from Hoi An Historic Museum. What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Boasting garden views, Nguyen Duy homestay features accommodation with balcony, around 5.9 km from Japanese Covered Bridge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free... This property turned out to be even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts are such wonderful people.

Staying at this home stay was a great option for accommodation, a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and a super friendly host who helped us navigate many local experiences while on holidays. The host booked us tickets for events and drivers when needed. She is amazing!!

Featuring river views, Red House Homestay - Villa offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and a garden, around 3 km from An Bang Beach. The kindest people and a beautiful property. The room is big and the beds are so nice.

Featuring a patio with city views, free bikes and a garden, Lena House Hoi An can be found in Hoi An, close to Japanese Covered Bridge and a 13-minute walk from Hoi An Historic Museum. Clean and comfortable rooms, close to old town. Very helpful staff especially the young girl, she is a credit to the family.

Featuring a terrace with sea views, a private beach area and a bar, The Coral Homestay & Pub can be found in Tân Hiệp, close to Bai Lang Beach and 1 km from Bai Xep Beach. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.

Featuring free bikes, garden and views of river, Villa Blake Hoi An is located in Hoi An, 2.3 km from Cua Dai Beach. With pool views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. What an outstanding place! Just that little more of everything I expected. I loved the bed: soft but not to soft. The size of the room is spacious and all very clean without bad smells (place is built just before covid started I heard. Poor them). The blanket is so big I couldnt find the ends anywhere during my sleep which I totally love. Good quiet working airconditioning nice positioned (to too the bed). Nice rainshower and from my balcony I could see the sun going under behind the buildings. And finally a fritch that is actually working. Free bicycles are available which is perfect. I liked the location: real vietnam neighbourhood with some nice shrimp pounds not far away by walk, quiet at night, not far from the beach, a market is closeby as are restaurants, agribank atm and my favourite shiatsu massage place at Makosha house (Holistic approach). Going into town is possible with bicycle or motorbike which they provide for me on request or cheaper than grab: Indrive. I also was very happy to be able to refill my waterbottle from the filtered machine as much as I wanted, the laundry service and to get all my questions answered from Steve, a pensioned man from England who built the place himself with his vietnamese wife and are running the place together. They are such a cute pair together! Nice pool to dip in after tanning in relaxing chairs and I could listen for hours to the interesting stories of Steve. Extra plus: if you switch the lights on and off a few times they change in the desired colour: white or yellow (which I prefer). Even in the bathroom. I visited Hoi An many times before but I am proud to announce I found my place for future visitings.

Tan Doan An Bang center beach villas is situated in An Bang and features a pool with a view and pool views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. It is more than you can reasonably hope for for a hotel of its price. The staff is generous and helpful. You really cannot do better!

In the Cam Chau district of Hoi An, close to Cua Dai Beach, Mimi House features a garden and a washing machine. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Always perfect for my needs. Mimi is the best. Responsive, helpful.

Located just 500 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge, Homie Hoi An features accommodation in Hoi An with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as full-day security. It's a great homey hotel. Wonderful and welcoming family. Rich breakfasts. Clean and cozy room. The hotel is recently after renovation. Everything is new. But the most important thing is the attitude of the owners of the hotel to their guests. Definitely recommend the hotel. I wish all the best to the family of the hotel owners !!!
