It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Many of the other guests stay here for a long time, and we immediately got why. It feels like a home away from home. There is a functional shared kitchen, you can do your laundry for free, and there are bicycles to use. The location is great, especially on bicycle or scooter. If we're ever back in Vietnam, I'm definitely looking into this homestay again to recharge and relax.

We loved that the pool was mostly shaded during the hot part of the day. We had two rooms and it was perfect for our kids to be upstairs from us. Rose was also very helpful. We would stay again.

They provide free bicycles, which make it easy to reach the old town or other attractions. I booked several excursions and tours through them, and the prices are reasonable with high-quality service. I especially enjoyed the cooking class. The breakfast they serve is fantastic.

Clean and comfortable rooms, close to old town. Very helpful staff especially the young girl, she is a credit to the family.

The Coral Homestay & Pub er staðsett í Tân Hiệp, nokkrum skrefum frá Bai Lang-ströndinni og býður upp á einkastrandsvæði, bar og sjávarútsýni. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.

Homie Hoi er staðsett í aðeins 500 metra fjarlægð frá yfirbyggðu, japönsku brúnni Chùa cầu. An býður upp á gistirými í Hoi An með aðgangi að garði, bar og öryggisgæslu allan daginn. We had a really comfortable stay at Homie. The host family are all so kind, the breakfast is delicious and the location was perfect - close to everything without being noisy.
