stayed for two nights, and I'm extremely satisfied with this bed and breakfast. I'm especially impressed by the hostess's hospitality. She personally prepared breakfast for me. The room is spacious and clean. As a tourist, I think staying in a place like this is much better than in those hotels where you just pick up a room card. At least it allows a tourist to experience the local lifestyle. So, I sincerely recommend that tourists visiting Vienna choose to stay here.

Location was close to Reigen Live and thats why I chose it, but it is a bit far from the actual inner city. Room and apartment were beautiful, clean and the facilities needed were working fine, host was friendly and helpful.

The Location was excellent, close to main attractions, shops & public Transport.
The room was clean and comfortable with good heating, Kettle & Mini fridge. Even though it faced the road, because of the triple glazed windows there was no noise from out side.
Although the breakfast had to be take to the room to be eaten. That suited us fine. The breakfast bar was always well stocked & the bread rolls freshly baked each morning.

The main drawback is that the apartment has an outdated furniture, which is reflected in the price. Additionally, the extra tenant lives there permanently and treates it as his own, including some disruptive habits—most notably making a lot of noise early in the morning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep past 6:30 a.m. It was quite frustrating
