Room was good with a balcony. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was simple and okay. Only matter of concern was that this property didn’t have an elevator and the family rooms are on the 2nd floor. So if you have heavy luggage , then it will be difficult to carry them through the stairs. Although the owner helped me carry one bag, but it was still uncomfortable.

The location is beautiful, but when you have mobility issues, certainly not a good choice. The TV was set to a certain level, I couldn't hear it. Sadly they don't do evening meals.Didn't find staff very helpful. 2 members of staff shared a smile.

Super friendly communication. The hotel has everything you need (even an elevator!). When there is no fog or rain (as in our case) the view is beautiful. Lovely terrase to drink a glass of beer/wine or coffee, Good parking options. Good breakfast.

We liked everything about this property, how clean it was, the location and the perfect host. The combination of all these components made our stay in Salzburg a magical experience, perfect for the holidays.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Exceptional place, tranquility, beautiful, super comfortable room, lovely host, everything was fantastic. We had an amazing rest and the city is also very easy to reach by car or direct bus from Elixhausen. Will choose again, no question.
Location close to tourist attractions, friendly hosts, accommodations with everything. We were satisfied with everything and will come back next time. Thanks again to the host family for providing a comfortable stay.
