The rooms were very clean, cozy, the one upstairs was better, had better ventilation (windows everywhere, including the bathroom) and a great view! The one on the lowest floor was ok, but did not have the same ventilation.
Breakfast was exceptional! Varied food, fresh and tasty! This was probably the best part (along with the view).
Also the staff was friendly, very helpful and professional! The location is good (as long as you have your own car to move around) and they also have private parking which is very useful!

Very quiet room (and villa), in a quiet location. The premices were very clean. Very reasonable walking distance from downtown. The bed mattress was firm and very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. Everything on site was fully functional.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean. Despite being in a very old building, it has been maintained exceptionally well.
The location is highly convenient, with Bus 503 providing easy connectivity to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (Hbf), taking just about 13 minutes. If you have an Innsbruck Card, you can even travel on the bus for free.
I stayed on the second floor, and my room had a balcony offering a stunning view of the Alps.
