Since booking I had excellent communication with the host. The location of the guesthouse is very close to the highway exit, in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from the Neulaa metro station. Everything is extremely clean, the room was large, very nicely furnished and decorated. The breakfast is adequate. It was a very pleasant stay.

Shared apartment: I didn't expect that and I didn't felt comfortable in the beginning.
Stephen was adorable as a person and very distinctive but I would like to recommend him to write it in the title that is a shared apartment.
My companion never felt comfortable.
The apartment was nice as in photos.

It's got the best bed I have slept in my life as a guest away from home. The room is spacious and we liked that. The noise-block window makes all the difference to protect us from street noises.
Clean bathrooms and good lighting in the common areas.
Family-friendly neighbourhood, with good day-to-day restaurants on the street. Many grocery stores, malls and clean sidewalks.
the Metro is right in front of the building and handy. It's good to have options in terms of transportation.

The room was spacious and well suited. Furniture was really nice and from wood. "MASTER" Key open room and parking space gate. It was easy to find. Landlord send instructions for late check-in. 15 min walk to Underground station Oberlaa. Same distance to Billa shop and very good pizza place.
