We had a serious issue with our room. Although we reported after the receptionist has left, the staff response was fast, and within 15 minutes we got another room. Our problem was solved fast.

Overall accomodation is not bad, suitable for undemanding people travelling to or from Vienna. Late check-out was possible. In our room there were basic equipment such as a kettle, microwave, glasses, towels, soap, shampoo.
