I booked it for my daughter n my husband. First day aft they took the key, they were disappointed seeing the fridge in the bathroom area. I asked for a 2 beds room. Called the person in charge. She went n sorted a room. My daughter slept downstairs in the common area. Only the next day aft 1pm the room was ready for them to move in. They sd they sent me an email of the changes to the room also stating their system was down so they too saw my msg late. Maybe the email went to Spam msg's. I didn't see it.
There was no water one mrng. They sd due to Road works. Doesn't the house have an over head tank? Even if the government stopped the water, the house shd have some way of storing water during such cases. Anyway, since it was only for 4 nights, my daughter n my husband managed.
