Communication with Eli is amazing. This is the 2nd time we have booked with him and I’m always impressed. I was there for recovery from day surgery and the best was incredibly comfortable and as someone with bright coloured hair it’s always a plus to stay somewhere with dark coloured towel and sheets. We will return again in the future for sure again.

Situated only 28 km from Darwin Botanic Gardens in Howard Springs, Spring Homestead features accommodation fitted with a patio, garden and year-round outdoor pool.

This is an absolute treasure! Photos are old, home decor has been updated. Bedding fantastic and comfy. TV and Netflix was great. Great size kitchen with all the equipment for cooking! Brand new and lovely deck. Wildlife and green tree frogs give you the full NT experience! Pool was beautiful, yards stunning. Close to many attractions. Will absolutely stay again!

    I booked a room & found it was on the Highway side with just a wall separating me & car from drunk locals - it was late in the evening & I did not feel my full car would be safe - I rang the after hours number & was immediately up graded thank you so much was greatly appreciated

    The apartment was fantastic, spacious had everything in the kitchen you could imagine. The best part sitting on the balcony at night watching the brilliant sunset. With a glass of wine in hand. We were in a great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend homestay you will love it. And Richard is so helpful and friendly a very nice person making sure you will be comfortable

    Lovely peaceful apartment with an excellent view from the bedroom and living area. High cleanliness standards. Ali is a wonderful and responsive host. I have stayed on multiple occasions and would recommend to anyone visiting Darwin, or locals in need of temporary accommodation. Very reasonably priced for the standard of apartment. Plenty of car spaces available if needed.

    Excellent value for money The room was quiet, spacious and beautifully renovated with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and the locals are fun to have a game of pool with. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

    Great apartment with amazing views over the sea. Room was spacious and had plenty of storage. Kitchen well equipped. The location is great, close to the main street with shops and bars and close to the esplanade. Colin and Nikki were great hosts, very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
